Ellen is an experienced business psychologist, coach, workshop designer, facilitator, speaker, and author. Through strategic consulting, coaching, keynote addresses, and training sessions focused on communication, belonging, and intersectional and anti-racist organizational development, she promotes inclusive corporate cultures in Europe and the United States.
