Who is Ellen Wagner? Ellen is an experienced business psychologist, coach, workshop designer, facilitator, speaker, and author. Through strategic consulting, coaching, keynote addresses, and training sessions focused on communication, belonging, and intersectional and anti-racist organizational development, she promotes inclusive corporate cultures in Europe and the United States.
As a queer, Black, and neurodivergent expert with over 20 years of experience working with global companies, they combine lived experience with deep insights into organizational structures to uncover hidden barriers, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful change in organizations facing complex inclusion challenges.
