Your Hosts:
Ellen Wagner (she/her) is the founder and CEO of ellen wagner unlimited in New Jersey, USA. As a business psychologist, she advises clients in Europe and the USA on communication as well as workshop facilitation, design & support. With over 10 years of corporate experience and 15 years in adult education, she supports organizations with strategy and learning workshops as well as empowerment formats to foster better collaborative cultures.
İlyas Kılıç (he/him) is an author, editor, and tutor. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, and playing video games. He takes a particular interest in how disabled people are portrayed in the media. He works as a Chief Project Officer at ellen wagner unlimited, where he supports projects fostering collaborative and inclusive cultures. İlyas also develops film-education materials and has contributed to several anthologies.
Where does the workshop take place?
The workshop is an online workshop and takes place virtually via the Zoom platform. After your registration, you will receive the Zoom login information by email prior to the workshop.
What do you need to participate?
- An internet-enabled device (we recommend a computer or laptop)
- A stable internet connection
- Ideally, a camera and microphone to actively participate
If you're not yet familiar with Zoom, you can download the software for free in advance at https://zoom.us/download. Alternatively, participation via browser is also possible – however, we recommend using the app for an optimal experience.
How much does the workshop cost?
We offer a sliding scale to enable everyone to participate, regardless of financial means or privileges. Choose the price that fits your current situation and pay as much as possible to promote solidarity:
- Equity Price: Recommended for people with limited financial means (limited availability)
- Sustainer Price: Recommended for people with stable financial means
- Supporter Price: Recommended for people who can contribute more or whose employers are paying for the workshop, to enable access for others
Are there discounts?
Yes, there are two discount options (not combinable):

Is the presentation available before the workshop?
Yes, the presentation will be made available to you one to two days before the workshop so you can prepare better. You will receive it by email in a timely manner. Additionally, you can access the link to the presentation at any time during the workshop to read it at your own pace.
Are there subtitles?
Yes, Zoom offers automatic live subtitles in English. You can show or hide them as needed.
